For the HPE online warranty procedure, you must be logged in to the website with your HPE profile. This can be created at: https://auth.hpe.com/hpe/cf/registration
You can register HPE products here. Please have serial number and proof of purchase to hand.
To check if a product is within warranty, a warranty check is available online in the Support Center: https://support.hpe.com/connect/s/?card=wc
Enter the serial number of the product in the form and click Submit.
If there are multiple products with the same serial number, a list of products appears in a pop-up window. Choose the right product and click Save to continue.
Search results show warranty and support status for the past year with support level, start date and end date. The status can be:
In the support center a case can be created for products within warranty by means of a form.
This can be found under View Details. You will receive an answer regarding settlement by email.
