Once the product has been determined to be defective by the service representative, an RMA number will be issued for your product.
You may return the product to Cisco for a replacement. To do this, follow the steps on the following page: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/returns/returns-portal.html#~arrange-pick-up
