Once the product is determined to be defective by the service representative, a case number for your product will be issued. Depending on the outcome of the conversation, you can return the product for repair or replacement. An RMA label will be provided via email.

For DOA / transport damage, please contact NTS Computers Technology BV.
Please have the following information at hand:

  • Invoice with invoice number
  • Carrier's receipt if available
  • Complaint description
  • Photos of any damage
