Warranty procedure

For support and registration of your new Intel products you can create an account:

for second-hand CPUs, the warranty runs through NTS Computers Technology BV.
Get in touch and have the following information ready:

  • Proof of purchase or invoice number
  • The serial number printed on the CPU
  • A description of the problem
  • A photo of any damage to the product

The duration of your warranty is indicated on the quote and invoice.
This is usually:

  • 2 years for end users
  • 1 year for reseller
  • 4 weeks for Brokers

No rights can be derived from the above warranty period indications: agreed conditions are leading.
