Warranty procedure

Warranty status can be checked with the HP warranty lookup:

Enter the serial number here. The serial number is listed as S/N or SN on product labels.

A Lenovo account is the most convenient for warranty settlement.
This can be created here: https://account.lenovo.com/my/en/signin 

You can register products with a Lenovo account.
For this you need:

  • The serial number
  • Proof of purchase

For the fastest handling, call the Helpdesk (+31 020 499 01 53).
They can view registered products. Once the product is determined to be defective by the service representative, an RMA will be issued for your product. You may return the product to Lenovo or NTS Computers Technology BV for replacement or repair, as directed by the Help Desk.

In case of DOA or transport damage, please contact NTS.
Please have the following information at hand:

  • Proof of purchase/invoice number
  • The serial number
  • A description of the problem
  • A photo of any damage to the product
