Warranty procedure

For Logitech products under factory warranty, the support site can be consulted.
Go to https://support.logi.com/hc/en and select your product. Choose Warranty in the menu.

On this page you can register your product or submit a warranty claim. Claims for unregistered products go through the Helpdesk , by phone or via chat.

Have the following information ready:

  • Proof of purchase stating the product
  • A description of the problem
  • A photo of any damage to the product

Once the product is determined to be defective by the service representative, an RMA number will be issued for your product. You may return the product to Logitech for replacement or repair. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the approval for this.

A second email will follow within three business days confirming that your replacement has been processed by our distribution center. This email normally includes a UPS tracking number.
