Warranty procedure

Microsoft warranty is easiest through a Microsoft account:

Here you can register your products. For product registration you need:

  • device model
  • proof of purchase

Microsoft will contact you via phone or live chat, whichever you choose. Once the product has been determined to be defective by the service representative, a case number for your product will be issued and you will be informed of the next steps to take.

For DOA / transport damage, please contact NTS Computers Technology BV.
Please have the following information at hand:

  • Invoice with invoice number
  • Carrier's receipt if available
  • Complaint description
  • Photos of any damage
